Recognize that today started yesterday.
All of your energy today was yesterday’s food, water and sleep. You have to set yourself up for victory beforehand. The battle is won or lost long before any blows are traded. Ever notice how Saturday is a complete waste if you spent Friday night drinking and staying up late? Saturday’s chances are killed by Friday’s actions. It takes almost 12 hours to fully digest food.
